We will provide a line-item quote that is easy to understand. For orders over 288 units, setup is on us — and for overseas production, 12K stitches per cap is included in your price.

Once your proof is approved, production begins. Typical turnaround is under 30 days, with a production over/under rate of +/- 3%.
For overseas production we ship via air, direct to your door. Once your order ships, we send tracking so you can follow it every step of the way.

For manufacturer-direct overseas production, minimums start around 144 pieces per color per logo. If you need fewer, our domestic decoration option has much lower minimums and is great for small teams and rush orders.
Because caps are light, we air-ship overseas production — turnaround is typically under four weeks after you approve the virtual proof. Domestic runs can be faster for small quantities.
Embroidery is our bread and butter, plus woven and embroidered patches, PUFF 3D, applique, and sublimation (overseas only). Tell us your logo and placement and we will recommend the best approach.
